Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexSyrus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
